Growth continues in the City of Toronto with growth reported both year over year, and month over month across all home types.
The average selling price in the City of Toronto grew in October by 1.3% compared to September of 2019. Condominium apartments saw the highest growth with an average increase of 4%, and minimal growth was seen in both the condo townhome segment and semi-detached market which each saw and increase of 2.3% and 2.8%. Detached homes saw a dip in value by 2.7% in October compared to September 2019.
Year over year prices are up 6.4% across all home types, but the greatest increase was the condo townhome market which saw prices increase 10.6%!
